We work with talent across commercial, print, digital media, lifestyle, brand campaigns, promotional opportunities, and other areas of the entertainment and modeling industries.
As we continue to expand our model management division, we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and well-connected Talent Model Manager to help build and manage our growing model roster across Las Vegas and Miami.

Position Overview

The Talent Model Manager will be responsible for helping build, develop, and manage Always Talent Management's model roster in Las Vegas and Miami.

Although this position is based in Las Vegas, the manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding qualified models in both markets, developing relationships with potential clients and industry professionals, helping models pursue appropriate opportunities, and supporting the overall growth of the management division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the modeling industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong eye for talent, and the ability to identify opportunities that align with each model's strengths and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and identify qualified modeling talent in the Las Vegas and Miami markets

• Evaluate potential models based on marketability, professionalism, appearance, experience, potential, and overall fit

• Conduct outreach and develop relationships with prospective models

• Assist with model onboarding and development

• Build and maintain a strong model roster across Las Vegas and Miami

• Manage ongoing communication and relationships with represented models

• Help models identify opportunities that align with their experience, goals, and marketability

• Develop relationships with brands, advertising agencies, photographers, production companies, casting professionals, event companies, and other industry contacts

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities for managed models

• Assist with submissions and introductions to appropriate opportunities

• Help coordinate model availability, requirements, rates, schedules, and booking details when appropriate

• Communicate opportunities, expectations, and job details clearly to models

• Help models prepare for castings, go-sees, photoshoots, campaigns, and booked jobs when appropriate

• Track model opportunities, submissions, castings, holds, bookings, and client feedback

• Follow up with clients and industry contacts to maximize opportunities for managed models

• Monitor modeling, commercial, lifestyle, digital, and brand trends to identify new opportunities

• Help develop each model's professional image, positioning, and career strategy

• Provide guidance to models regarding professionalism, communication, preparation, and industry expectations

• Maintain strong relationships with existing industry contacts while continuously developing new relationships

• Collaborate with agency/management ownership on roster development, talent strategy, client acquisition, and overall growth

• Help establish and expand Always Talent Management's presence in both the Las Vegas and Miami modeling markets

• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when working with models, clients, and industry professionals

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Model Manager, Model Agent, Talent Manager, Booking Agent, Model Booker, Casting Professional, or related industry position preferred

• Strong understanding of the professional modeling industry

• Knowledge of the Las Vegas and/or Miami modeling, entertainment, commercial, and promotional markets

• Existing relationships with brands, advertising agencies, photographers, production companies, casting professionals, event companies, or other industry professionals is a strong plus

• Experience scouting, developing, managing, submitting, or booking models is highly preferred

• Familiarity with modeling and casting platforms is a plus

• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and business-development skills

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple models and opportunities simultaneously

• Strong eye for identifying promising modeling talent

• Ability to match models with opportunities that align with their look, experience, skills, and career goals

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Willingness to build relationships and conduct outreach within the modeling and entertainment industries
