1. Introduction

Always Talent Agency ("ATA," "we," "us," or "our") is a fully licensed talent agency headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, with divisions in Atlanta, Georgia and Miami, Florida. We represent models and actors for film, television, commercials, print, UGC, and events.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit alwaystalentagency.com (the "Site"), submit an inquiry or talent application, apply for a role on our team, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy covers Always Talent Agency and its affiliated division, Always Talent Management. It does not cover the practices of third parties we do not control, including casting platforms, production companies, and clients who may separately collect information from you.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Booking inquiries. When you submit a booking inquiry through our Inquire page, we collect the talent you are interested in, the market or location, your name, email address, company name, phone number, project type, project details, and any files you attach — such as briefs, scripts, moodboards, or treatments.

Talent submissions. When you apply to join our roster, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact details — legal name, stage or professional name, email, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth or age range
  • Physical and casting attributes — height, weight, measurements, clothing and shoe sizes, hair and eye color, and other characteristics customarily used in casting
  • Media — headshots, digitals, portfolio images, video reels, self-tapes, and voice samples
  • Professional details — credits, résumé, training, special skills, languages, union affiliation (SAG-AFTRA, AEA, or similar), representation history, and availability
  • Work eligibility — confirmation of legal authorization to work in the United States, and, where applicable, minor work permit information
  • Social media handles and links to online portfolios

Careers applications. If you apply for a position with ATA, we collect your résumé, cover letter, work history, education, references, and any other information you choose to share.

General contact. When you contact us through the Site, email, or social media, we collect whatever you include in your message.

Client and vendor information. When you engage us as a client or work with us as a vendor, we collect business contact details and contracting information necessary to fulfill the engagement.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Talent profiles viewed and saved to your Favorites list
  • Date and time of access

We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

2.3 Information From Third Parties

  • Photographers and content creators who deliver imagery for use in talent portfolios
  • Referral sources, including current talent, industry contacts, and business partners
  • Publicly available sources, including social media profiles and professional directories

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain uses of analytics or advertising cookies may qualify as "sharing" or "selling" under some state privacy laws. See Section 7 for how to opt out.

4. Talent Media and Likeness

Talent images, video, biographical details, and casting attributes are published on the Site and submitted to clients, casting directors, and casting platforms as an inherent part of the representation we provide. This is the core function of a talent agency.

By submitting media to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that any third-party rights — including photographer credits and usage terms — have been cleared or disclosed to us.

We do not use facial recognition, biometric identifiers, or biometric templates derived from talent media, and we do not license talent media for use in training generative AI systems.

Talent may request removal of specific media at any time by contacting us. Removal from the Site and from platforms we control is typically completed within thirty (30) days. Media already delivered to clients, published in campaigns, or distributed by third parties may remain in circulation outside our control.

5. Minors

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.

Talent submissions involving minors. We represent talent under the age of 18. Any submission on behalf of a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for reviewing this policy and providing consent. We collect information about minor talent — including headshots, casting attributes, and work permit details — for the same representation purposes described above.

Where a minor is engaged for work, we comply with applicable child labor and entertainment work permit requirements in the relevant jurisdiction, including Nevada, Georgia, and Florida, and with any trust account or earnings protection requirements that apply.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information without parental consent, contact us at bookings@alwaystalentagency.com and we will delete it.

6. How We Share Information

We disclose personal information to:

Clients and casting professionals. Casting directors, producers, brands, agencies, studios, and production companies, for the purpose of submitting talent and fulfilling bookings.

Casting platforms. Industry platforms such as Casting Networks, where we maintain talent profiles and receive casting notices.

Service providers. Vendors who perform functions on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations, including:

  • Framer — website hosting, content management, and form processing
  • Cloudinary — media storage, delivery, and file upload handling
  • Notion — internal roster and workflow management
  • Email delivery, calendaring, and communication providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Payment processors, accountants, and payroll services
  • Legal, insurance, and professional advisors

Affiliates. Always Talent Management and any other affiliated entities, for coordinated representation and business operations.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to the acquiring party honoring this policy.

Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ATA, our talent, our clients, or the public.

With your direction. Where you ask or authorize us to share information.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access — request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate personal information
  • Deletion — request that we delete personal information we hold about you
  • Portability — receive your personal information in a portable format
  • Opt out of sale or targeted advertising — direct us not to sell or share your personal information or use it for targeted advertising
  • Non-discrimination — exercise your rights without receiving discriminatory treatment
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

Nevada residents. Nevada law gives residents the right to submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain covered information. Send such a request to bookings@alwaystalentagency.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request."

California residents. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request for browsers that transmit it.

How to exercise your rights. Email bookings@alwaystalentagency.com or write to us at the address in Section 13. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, typically by confirming information already in our records. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally forty-five (45) days, with an extension where permitted.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We will respond to appeals within sixty (60) days.

Limits on deletion. We may retain information where necessary to complete a booking, satisfy a contractual obligation, comply with legal or tax requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Deletion of your talent profile ends our ability to represent you.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

  • Active talent — for the duration of representation and afterward as required for tax, contractual, residual, and legal recordkeeping
  • Declined submissions — generally up to twenty-four (24) months, so we can reconsider talent as market needs change, unless you request earlier deletion
  • Booking inquiries and client records — for the duration of the relationship and as required for contract and tax recordkeeping
  • Careers applications — generally up to twelve (12) months, unless a longer period is required by law
  • Analytics data — typically in aggregated or de-identified form, retained on a rolling basis

Minor talent records are retained as required by applicable child entertainment and employment laws, which may impose longer minimum retention periods.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting internal access to those with a business need, and vendor agreements requiring appropriate security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information through Site forms or unencrypted email. We will tell you the appropriate secure method when such information is genuinely required.

10. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including Instagram, casting platforms, and media hosting services. These third parties may collect information about you independently and operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site or service you visit.

11. International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States and intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as a banner on the Site or an email to talent and clients on record. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
