This Cookie Policy explains how Always Talent Agency ("ATA," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on alwaystalentagency.com (the "Site").
It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we handle personal information.
By continuing to use the Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described here, except where your consent is required by law and you have declined it.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is being used.
We also use technologies that function similarly to cookies:
- Local storage and session storage — browser storage that holds data on your device, often larger and longer-lived than cookies
- Pixels and web beacons — small transparent images that signal when content has been loaded or an email opened

First-party cookies are set by ATA. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services appear on the Site, such as our hosting provider or embedded social media content.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

These cookies are required for the Site to function. They cannot be switched off through our cookie controls, and disabling them in your browser will break parts of the Site.

- File upload sessions for briefs, scripts, moodboards, and talent media

Set by: Framer (our hosting and content management platform), Cloudinary (media delivery), and ATA.
3.2 Functional and Preference Cookies
These cookies remember choices you make and personalize your experience. Disabling them means some features will stop working as expected, though the Site will still load.
They support:
- Your Favorites list — the talent profiles you save are stored in your browser's local storage so they persist between visits on the same device and browser. This list stays on your device unless you submit it to us through an inquiry.
- Location and market preferences, such as defaulting to Las Vegas, Atlanta, or Miami
- Interface state, including menu behavior and dismissed notices
- Video and media player settings
3.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors find and use the Site, so we can improve it.
They tell us:
- Which pages and talent profiles get the most attention
- How visitors navigate between roster, location, and inquiry pages
- Where visitors come from, including referral sources and campaigns
- Which devices, browsers, and screen sizes are in use
- Where errors, slow loads, or drop-offs occur
Analytics data is used in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

3.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies
We may use cookies to measure the performance of promotional campaigns, understand which channels bring visitors to the Site, and reach audiences with relevant content about our roster and services.
Where these cookies are used, they may be set by advertising and social platforms, and the information collected may be combined with data those platforms already hold about you.

3.5 Third-Party Embedded Content
The Site embeds content hosted by third parties, which may set their own cookies when that content loads:

5. Managing Cookies
5.1 On the Site

Blocking all cookies will prevent parts of the Site from working, including your Favorites list and file uploads on the Inquire page.
5.3 Clearing Your Favorites
Your Favorites list lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser's site data for alwaystalentagency.com will erase it. Favorites are specific to the device and browser you saved them on, and are not synced across devices.
5.4 Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension transmits GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
There is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track (DNT) signals, and we do not currently respond to them separately from GPC.
5.5 Opting Out of Advertising Cookies
Industry opt-out tools for interest-based advertising:

These tools set opt-out cookies. Clearing your cookies will remove them, and you will need to opt out again.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our Site, tools, and providers change. Updates take effect when posted, and we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be accompanied by additional notice on the Site.
