Other Experience
Before falling in love with acting in high school, my dream was to be a UFC fighter - five to six days a week in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and wrestling. I competed for seven years, placed 2nd at state, and still made it to rehearsals for the school play after practice. A few bruised ribs later, acting won out, but I still remember how to roll.
While training as an actor in Charlotte, NC, before heading towards LA - I worked as a whitewater raft guide, safely (and sometimes not-so-safely) getting families down class 4 rapids. It was some of the best training I never expected to need, and I still raft for fun. I'm an adrenaline junkie at heart - anything outdoorsy or a little reckless, count me in.
